Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026.

This policy is for consumers covered by the Washington My Health My Data Act. It applies to desato.app, run by Red Island Technologies FZC LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Our general Privacy Policy covers everything else.

Consumer health data we collect

Desato is an app to help people cut down on nicotine pouches. If you sign up for our launch email, the fact that you're interested in it may say something about your health. So we treat these sign-up details as consumer health data:

We don't receive anything you enter in the plan calculator: the number of pouches, the plan and the price stay in your browser. We don't use geofencing.

Why we collect it and how we use it

To send you the confirmation email and one email when Desato launches, as you asked, and to count how much interest the app gets by plan, country and campaign.

Where we get it

Who we share it with

We share it only with the processors that run the service for us, under contract, and for the purposes above:

We don't share consumer health data with any other third party, and we have no affiliates. We don't sell consumer health data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To use these rights, write to hello@desato.app from the email address you signed up with, or tell us which address it is. We answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why within those 45 days and take at most 45 more.

Appeals

If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the word "Appeal". We'll reply in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If we turn down your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
